At Moon Pod, we want you to experience total weightlessness and comfort; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 365 days of delivery. Our returns process is designed to be as seamless as your relaxation experience, ensuring you find the perfect fit for your home.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the return or exchange process.
Prepare the Package
Carefully deflate your Moon Pod if necessary and place it back into its original box with all protective liners and tags attached.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely tape it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our warehouse inspects the item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
